Information We Collect

Depending upon how you use BAN, we may process information including name, mobile number, email address, address/location information provided in your profile, bank/UPI information required for permitted payment processes, GST information voluntarily supplied by Advertisers, Campaign and Participation records, evidence submissions, wallet/payment/withdrawal records, invoices, support communications, and technical usage information.

Click & Visitor Measurement

BAN uses tracking links for Campaign and Advertisement analytics. When such links are accessed, BAN may process technical signals such as the visitor IP address, browser/device characteristics and related request information to measure total and unique clicks, detect repeated activity, reduce fraudulent/artificial traffic and provide Campaign/Advertisement analytics.

Where implemented, these signals may be converted into a pseudonymous/hashed visitor identifier for deduplication rather than being displayed as raw identifying information in analytics. A unique-click measurement represents BAN technical estimate of a distinct visitor and should not be interpreted as guaranteed identification of a particular individual.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

BAN may use cookies or similar first-party technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, analytics and visitor/click deduplication.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to operate user accounts; provide Campaign and Advertisement services; process evidence; calculate earnings and commissions; maintain wallet and withdrawal records; process payments; generate invoices; provide support; measure platform activity; detect abuse/fraud; and comply with applicable legal/accounting requirements. For Scratch Card Campaign administration and accountability, a participant’s name, user ID, email address and mobile number may be displayed in access-controlled Campaign participant reports to the relevant Campaign Sponsor/Advertiser and authorised BAN administrators, together with participation, reward and claim status information.

Information Sharing

BAN does not sell users personal information merely for third-party advertising purposes. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably required for hosting, payment processing, communications, accounting, security or other platform operations, subject to applicable requirements. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or a lawful authority.

Data Security

BAN uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect platform information. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably required to provide services, maintain financial/accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
