Refund / Cancellation Policy

Wallet Add Funds

Adding money to the BAN Wallet is a wallet funding transaction and is not automatically a purchase of BAN services. Duplicate, failed or incorrectly processed payment issues will be reviewed based on payment and platform records.

Campaign Funding

Campaign budget/funding represents funds allocated for the operation of a Campaign. It does not automatically become BAN revenue merely because it is allocated or reserved. Unused Campaign amounts, where refundable under the applicable Campaign settlement rules, will be returned/adjusted according to BAN Campaign settlement process. Amounts already validly consumed for approved participation or applicable BAN charges may not form part of the unused refundable balance.

Advertisement Services

Cancellation/refund eligibility for an Advertisement depends upon its processing/status and whether the advertising service has already commenced or been consumed. Where an eligible paid Advertisement transaction is reversed/refunded, BAN may issue the corresponding financial adjustment or Credit Note where applicable.

Ambassador Earnings

Ambassador earnings are not purchases made by the Ambassador and therefore are not treated as customer purchase refunds. If a previously approved participation is finally reversed under BAN evidence/review rules, corresponding wallet and commission entries may also be reversed.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal is a request to transfer eligible wallet funds to the user applicable UPI destination and is not a purchase/refund transaction. Rejected/cancelled withdrawal requests, where applicable, release the associated reservation in accordance with platform rules.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds or financial reversals will be processed through the appropriate original/platform-supported method or wallet/accounting adjustment, depending upon the nature of the transaction. Bank/payment-provider processing times, where applicable, may be outside BAN direct control.
