Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing or using Brand Ambassador Network (BAN), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and other policies published on the platform. BAN is operated by Gajputri Technologies Private Limited.
User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information while registering and maintaining their profile. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and activities performed through their account. BAN may restrict access to features where required profile or verification information has not been completed.
Ambassador Participation
Registered users may participate in eligible campaigns displayed to them, subject to campaign targeting, availability, participation limits and other applicable conditions. Creating or downloading campaign media for participation does not itself guarantee remuneration. A participation becomes eligible for payment only after applicable requirements, including evidence requirements, are satisfied and the participation is finally approved under BAN rules.
Campaign Requirements
Each campaign may specify requirements including remuneration, minimum views, geographical targeting, campaign duration, evidence requirements and other instructions. Ambassadors are responsible for complying with the requirements applicable to the campaign in which they participate.
Evidence
BAN may require users to submit evidence demonstrating completion of campaign requirements. Evidence may be automatically processed or may require review by the Advertiser and/or BAN administration. Evidence that fails required criteria, contains incorrect information, is duplicated, manipulated or otherwise violates Campaign/platform requirements may be rejected. Where an approved participation is subsequently finally rejected under the platform review process, corresponding financial entries may be reversed in accordance with BAN accounting rules.
Remuneration
The remuneration displayed or calculated for an Ambassador is subject to applicable Campaign limits, Ambassador earning settings and BAN remuneration rules. BAN applicable platform/administrative commission may be deducted from Ambassador earnings. Only amounts finally credited to the user wallet should be treated as available wallet earnings.
Wallet
The BAN Wallet records eligible credits, debits, reservations, reversals, refunds and other permitted financial movements. Adding funds to a wallet is a wallet funding transaction and does not by itself represent the purchase of a BAN service. Campaign funding/budget allocation is used for Campaign operations and should not by itself be interpreted as a separate BAN service purchase.
Withdrawals
Eligible wallet balances may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal rules configured on the platform. These may include a minimum withdrawal amount, wallet reserve/freeze amount and maximum number of permitted withdrawals during a specified period. Withdrawal requests may remain reserved while Pending or Approved. Payment is considered completed only after the withdrawal is marked Paid under the platform process. BAN currently uses the applicable UPI-based withdrawal process displayed on the platform.
Advertisements
Advertisers may purchase advertising services offered through BAN. Advertisement charges may include applicable taxes within the displayed amount where stated by the platform. Advertisements are subject to review, scheduling, availability, content requirements and platform policies.
GST and Invoices
Where applicable, BAN may issue tax invoices for taxable services supplied by Gajputri Technologies Private Limited. BAN taxable services may include Advertisement Services and applicable BAN/Company Commission services. Campaign funding, Wallet Add Funds and Ambassador Withdrawals do not automatically constitute BAN sales merely because a financial transaction occurs on the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not attempt to manipulate Campaign evidence, views, clicks, referrals, wallet transactions or platform records; use automated/bot traffic to generate artificial engagement; impersonate another person; submit duplicate/fraudulent evidence; interfere with platform security; or use BAN for unlawful activity. BAN may investigate suspicious activity and take reasonable measures including withholding review, rejecting invalid activity or restricting accounts where platform abuse is reasonably identified.
Platform Availability
BAN may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, technical or operational reasons. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Changes
BAN may update these Terms when required because of changes in platform features, business operations or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be published on the platform with an appropriate effective/update date.
Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to BAN shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
